The thought of "Valley Flutes" and the fluffy cover had me fearing yet another New Age schlock tape to toss on the pile. Was quite happy to be wrong after giving both long-form compositions a listen. Feels more like old-school ambience with slight nods to the avant garde and psychedelia of the era. Easily my 2nd favorite come down tape from CTatsu after Prayer's "Second Species".

The most terrifying record I’ve ever heard in my life. This album will chill you to the bone and will mentally break you. Through its 6 hour journey it will make you grateful for your current mental state, no matter how low you currently feel. The subject of dementia is absolutely terrifying and to have an auditory example makes it even more disturbing as you can’t help but sit and imagine what suffering from such a disease would be like.
